Full Job Description Overview:
We are a small pediatric clinic providing speech and occupational therapy services and are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our team. We are open to hiring a licensed SLP or SLP Clinical Fellow (CF). The role and supervision structure will be adjusted based on experience level.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm Clinic closed Fridays (with 4 flexible hours)

Duties:
Provide speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapy for speech, language, feeding, and related communication needs Complete documentation including initial evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and plan updates Collaborate with occupational therapists and caregivers to support client progress Provide caregiver education and home program recommendations Participate in team meetings as needed Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with clinic and payer requirements Support a positive and professional clinic environment
Requirements :
Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of South Carolina Pediatric experience preferred Feeding therapy experience a plus Experience conducting pediatric speech/language assessments and developing tailored treatment plans Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families Passion for helping children reach their full communication potential through engaging and compassionate care
