Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care. Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports accurately within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Stay current with advances in speech-language pathology by participating in ongoing professional development and maintaining certification requirements. Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program; CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellowship (CF) completion required. Experience working with children in pediatric settings such as early intervention programs or schools is highly preferred. Knowledge of pediatric development, physiology, anatomy related to speech production, and medical terminology relevant to speech-language pathology. Proven ability to develop and execute effective speech therapy plans for individuals with speech impairments or disabilities. Strong skills in patient assessment, comprehensive evaluations, and implementing evidence-based treatment strategies. Experience working with pediatrics Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
