Job Description

This contract position places you at the heart of a collaborative team, where your expertise in speech therapy helps shape students' communication skills and overall academic success.

Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred (new grads or CFY considered) Experience providing speech and language interventions in a school setting, including IEP development and case management Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Collaborative spirit and adaptability to diverse student needs and populations

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals Deliver clinical services, such as articulation, language, fluency, and voice therapy Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation according to school and state guidelines Participate in meetings, training, and professional development opportunities to stay current in the field
