Qualifications:

Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist licensure required Previous experience in a school setting is preferred Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to tailor therapy to meet the diverse needs of middle school students Commitment to collaboration and professional communication

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy services focused on student success Collect, track, and maintain data on student progress Complete documentation thoroughly and in a timely manner Coordinate with other educational professionals to maximize student support Communicate regularly with teachers and staff regarding student needs and progress Participate in required trainings and team meetings as needed
