Job Description

About us Ready, Set, Grow Pediatric Therapy, LLC offers high-quality, compassionate therapeutic services to the children of Northeast TN and Southwest VA.
Our work environment includes:
Modern Office Setting with High-Quality Equipment and Resources 4 Day Work Week (Monday - Thursday) Therapy Tech to
Assist Between Patients Fun and Energetic Atmosphere Duties:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders Develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs Provide therapy sessions to improve clients' speech and language skills Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to develop comprehensive care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of clients' progress and treatment outcomes Provide education and support to clients' families and caregivers
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid State Licensure Clinical experience in diagnosing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively
