Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY considered) Experience in school, pediatric, teletherapy, or healthcare environments highly valued SLPA certification and experience welcome Strong diagnostic, therapy planning, and documentation skills Comfort working individually or as part of a collaborative education team Familiarity with IEP development and special education regulations is advantageous Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual educational goals Lead both group and one-on-one sessions in person and/or via teletherapy platforms Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to multidisciplinary IEP meetings Consult with teachers, parents, and school personnel to support best practices for student success Mentor and supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants as appropriate Participate in professional development to remain current in new techniques and compliance requirements This contract position is an excellent opportunity for established clinicians as well as those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year to broaden experience, strengthen skills, and work in a supportive school environment.
