Assess and evaluate patients' speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs in accordance with state regulations. Develop and implement therapy plans in collaboration with healthcare team members and physicians. Provide treatment to improve communication effectiveness and instruct patients, families, and caregivers. Must hold an active, unrestricted speech pathology license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR certification, and reliable transportation.
