Assess and evaluate patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders in accordance with state laws and care plans. Collaborate with healthcare team members and physicians to develop and implement therapy plans. Treat patients to improve communication and functional abilities, and train families and caregivers. Must hold a valid license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and have reliable transportation to serve multiple patient locations daily.
