This full-time contract opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about working with children in both elementary and some middle school settings, supporting students across 2-3 buildings. Bring your expertise in school-based speech-language pathology and collaborate with a dedicated team to empower young learners to reach their full potential. Whether you are experienced with SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, SLPA, or have a background in healthcare or teletherapy, your skills will be valued in this impactful role. Compensation ranges from $45 to $57 per hour, depending on your experience in school settings.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or
SLPA ASHA
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome Experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings (elementary/middle preferred) Proficiency with teletherapy platforms a plus Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and track student progress Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, adapting to individual needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth Consult on effective classroom strategies and accommodations Provide direct and consultative services across multiple school buildings Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and district standards This assignment offers stability, professional growth, and the reward of knowing you're fostering communication skills that shape students' futures.
