Category Therapy - Skilled - SLP Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity delivering speech-language therapy services for the full school year in a vibrant educational community. This part-time opening—24 hours per week—offers you the chance to work closely with students in a supportive, collaborative environment. The position is available immediately, ideal for a driven TN-licensed SLP eager to make a lasting impact. What we're looking for: Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Experience or strong interest in serving pediatric and school-aged populations Skilled in assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring for students with diverse speech/language needs Background in healthcare-based, school-based, and pediatric settings is appreciated Strong communication abilities with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams SLPA supervision is not required; SLPAs are not eligible for this role Key responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and interpret results Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with school requirements and student IEPs Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes Document progress regularly and participate in IEP meetings Maintain compliance with all state, district, and ethical guidelines Step into a supportive role where your expertise will help students thrive over the course of an academic year.
