Job DescriptionWithin this role, our Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will work in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients! This role is on-site at our Fort Worth clinic!

Compensation:

By session + uncapped biweekly bonus potential.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assessments/evaluationsDevelopment of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)Providing 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessionsCo-treat with our Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical DirectorsConsult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patient progress

Flexible Options:

We also offer part-time positions for qualified candidates seeking flexible scheduling.



QualificationsMaster's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication DisordersCurrent Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferredUnencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texas state boardPreferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.
