Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in Texas Prior school-based experience strongly preferred Ability and willingness to supervise SLPAs on an elementary campus Experience with elementary caseloads of 70-80 students Flexibility for itinerant assignments between campuses Comfortable collaborating with Clinical Fellows (CFs) Not open to solely virtual service (Voco) models

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver assessment and therapy services to elementary students with diverse communication needs Supervise and mentor SLPAs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to best practices Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success and carry over of therapy goals Manage a manageable caseload (70-80 students per campus) while traveling to assigned elementary buildings as needed Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans Maintain accurate records for documentation and compliance This rewarding position allows you to expand your impact by supporting students directly and fostering growth among SLPAs.
