Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role working with elementary students, making a direct impact on their communication skills and academic growth. This contract position welcomes dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists at any stage, including those with CCC, CFY, or strong school-based clinical backgrounds. Enjoy consistent hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with the benefit of a supportive team environment.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active, state-issued SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or relevant school-based/healthcare SLP experience Familiarity with caseload management—approximately 50 students Experience in creating and updating IEP goals, tracking student progress, and conducting comprehensive evaluations Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary students, supporting their educational and developmental needs Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments; document findings and provide recommendations Participate in IEP meetings (with scheduling support from facilitators), updating progress and writing new student goals as needed Complete all required logs, reports, and paperwork with timely accuracy Balance in-person and remote responsibilities, effectively managing therapy sessions and evaluations
