Preferred Skills and Experience:

Appropriate certification/licensure for Speech-Language Pathology Experience with pediatric, early childhood, and elementary school populations Confidence supporting a caseload spanning K12 Familiarity with a range of needs, from moderate to profound Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ability to adapt therapy approaches to each learners requirements Commitment to fostering growth and inclusion within school communities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging speech-language therapy to students, customized to individual educational and developmental goals Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop evidence-based intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, families, and support personnel to promote student success Maintain accurate records of progress and communicate regularly with all stakeholders Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights to shape effective student plans
