Qualifications:
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Texas (or eligible for licensure) Previous experience in school-based settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Flexibility and enthusiasm for relocation/travel assignments Ability to support students from diverse backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and document progress Collaborate with educators and families to optimize student outcomes Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school initiatives
