Job Description

Make an impact in a supportive educational environment by utilizing your expertise in speech-language pathology. This contract role is ideal for professionals seeking a full-time, full-school-year commitment, providing services on an elementary caseload with the opportunity to supervise dedicated SLPAs. With multiple campuses and approximately 70-80 students at each, your skills will be valued and your leadership will help guide both students and staff toward successful outcomes.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active
ASHA CCC-SLP
certification required State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in schools Prior experience working in a school setting, preferably with an elementary caseload Ability to effectively supervise and collaborate with SLPAs Strong organizational skills for managing an itinerant schedule across campuses Commitment to supporting students' communication needs in a diverse educational setting
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse group of elementary students Oversee and mentor SLPAs, ensuring compliance with service delivery and best practices Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain thorough documentation Collaborate with educators, families, and campus staff to foster student growth Manage an itinerant assignment, providing services at multiple campus locations Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development You'll find fulfillment working directly with students and guiding SLPAs to success.
