Job Description

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license and certification (CCC); strong consideration given to Clinical Fellows (CFY) as well Experience working in school settings and with pediatric caseloads At least 2 years of prior speech-language pathology experience preferred Familiarity with IEP processes and effective collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatment for speech, language, communication, and related disorders Develop individualized therapy plans and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student growth Maintain thorough progress records and consult on intervention strategies to promote positive outcomes Provide both individual and small-group therapy across a range of student ages and abilities
