Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting students' communication growth in a dynamic school setting! We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist ready to join an education-focused team for a contract assignment from ASAP to May 12th. You'll report directly to an experienced Lead SLP and make an impact with a manageable, single-campus caseload of approximately 55 students. Enjoy a stable weekday schedule with 7.5 hour days, Monday through Friday, providing you with routine and work-life balance while giving your professional skills room to shine.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state SLP license and ASHA CCCs or eligibility Prior school-based SLP experience preferred but not required Strong communication and collaborative abilities Passion for working with children and supporting diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress Collaborate with teachers, families, and the Special Education team to maximize student outcomes Serve as a knowledgeable resource for speech and language concerns on campus Support students across various grade levels within a single campus environment You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with students and staff throughout the academic year.
