Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required Previous experience in a school setting is preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to various work environments (remote, hybrid, in-person, travel) Dedication to promoting positive student outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in accordance with student needs and IEPs Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff for integrated care Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
