Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state licensure or eligibility for Texas SLP licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and/or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are both welcome Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is strongly preferred Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and families Commitment to providing individualized and evidence-based interventions
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to students Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements Consult with educators, staff, and parents to support student progress and classroom success Offer support and guidance across a diverse caseload spanning various age groups and communication needs Participate in team meetings, staff development, and professional learning opportunities
