Job Description

Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Texas SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered Previous experience in a school setting is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities Ability to work both individually and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs Provide direct interventions, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure integrated educational support Document therapy sessions, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings Offer resources and support to families and staff regarding speech and language development Enjoy the satisfaction of seeing your skills contribute directly to students growth and development.
