Job Description

We're seeking a talented Speech-Language Pathologist to serve a diverse school-age population on a contract basis in the region near Mckinney, TX. In this essential role, you'll work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that support student communication and academic success.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, new graduates (CFY) are welcome to apply Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate with educators and parents to ensure student progress
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across assigned campuses Develop and implement effective IEP goals and evidence-based interventions Provide therapy services individually and in groups Maintain organized documentation in accordance with district and federal guidelines Collaborate proactively with special education teams and participate in IEP meetings Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding communication disorders and strategies
