Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy for K-12 students. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours, with ongoing potential for professional growth.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP-CCC credential State licensure (Texas) or eligibility Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred Strong collaboration skills and ability to participate in multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring procedures in educational settings Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments across diverse student populations Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in coordination with staff and families Deliver both individual and group therapy, adapting strategies to meet varying needs Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and state requirements Consult with teachers, families, and educational professionals to support students' generalization of skills in the classroom Contribute to case conferences, IEP meetings, and professional development initiatives This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference alongside talented educators in a supportive environment.
