Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time or Part-Time | Outpatient Pediatrics OPS Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric outpatient therapy team in Palmhurst, Texas. This position is available full-time or part-time. The SLP will provide evaluations, treatment, and clinical support to an established team of SLPAs. At OPS, you will join an owner-led OT/ST clinic where therapists collaborate, support one another, and focus on meaningful outcomes for children and families. You will also have an opportunity to contribute ideas and help shape the continued growth of our speech department. Why Join OPS? Full-time or part-time options Established pediatric caseload and SLPA team Collaborative occupational and speech therapy environment Continuing education support Health, dental, vision, and paid time off for eligible full-time employees Responsibilities Complete pediatric speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals Provide engaging, evidence-based speech therapy Supervise and support SLPAs in accordance with Texas requirements Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Texas SLP license or eligibility for Texas licensure CCC-SLP preferred Pediatric experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred but not required Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Schedule Full-time and part-time schedules are available. Compensation Compensation is based on experience, schedule, availability, and assigned responsibilities. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply with their resume.
