Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Texas | 2026-2027 School Year ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based opportunity in Texas for the 2026-2027 school year beginning in August 2026. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in students' lives while working within a supportive and collaborative educational environment. Whether you are an experienced school-based clinician or looking to transition from a clinical, outpatient, rehabilitation, or hospital setting into schools, this role provides an excellent opportunity to grow your experience in educational therapy services. Position Details Full-time position available 2026-2027 school year August 2026 start date - May 2027 Onsite position, Itinerant & K-12th grade mix of age groups Caseload and school assignment discussed during interview Supportive district and multidisciplinary therapy team Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals Conduct evaluations, assessments, and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers Develop individualized treatment plans to support student communication and academic success Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active or pending Texas SLP license Ability to work onsite within a school-based setting CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply Strong communication and collaboration skills Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required Open to candidates transitioning from clinical, outpatient, rehabilitation, or medical settings Why Work with ProCare Therapy?
