Desired Skills & Experience:
Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) Prior experience in a school setting Comfortable with elementary student caseloads (approximately 70-80 students per campus) Experience supervising SLPAs, or a strong willingness to step into a supervisory role Ability to coordinate services in an itinerant position, serving multiple campuses Open to supporting Clinical Fellows (CFs) Not recruiting for teletherapy/Voco positions
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language services to elementary students, supporting their educational and social development Supervise and mentor SLPAs, fostering professional growth and maintaining high standards of care Manage a dynamic, full-time, full school year caseload with organization and compassion Collaborate with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs Maintain clear documentation and timely communication for all students on your caseload This contract position offers the chance to build valuable relationships and contribute to a warm, supportive school community.
