This contract opportunity calls for an experienced professional to take on a key role, providing speech-language supervision and guidance to graduate-level practitioners. Working onsite near Pottsboro, TX, you'll collaborate with dedicated teams and make a real difference, all while enjoying a flexible schedule of just 1-2 days per week.
Key Qualifications:
Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), with active
ASHA CCC-SLP
credentials Background in school-based speech therapy Previous supervisory experience preferred Strong familiarity with the ARD process, conducting evaluations, and relevant compliance standards Excellent organizational skills and an ability to oversee and mentor SLP Assistants Comfortable with blended onsite and virtual responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), providing guidance and support Conduct evaluations and participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings Ensure all interventions and documentation align with federal, state, and district requirements Deliver direct supervision and support onsite, with flexibility to complete indirect supervision virtually Contribute to a supportive, student-focused environment This role is well-suited for those seeking a part-time, flexible opportunity with meaningful impact.
