Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (CCC preferred) Recent school-based SLP experience highly valued Open to new graduates in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Teletherapy experience or willingness to provide services virtually Bilingual proficiency preferred, with a passion for supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in accordance with IEP goals Deliver evidence-based therapy services, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress records Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to educational planning, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and colleagues Develop and implement individualized therapy interventions that address student needs and promote academic success Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding speech and language development
