Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a school-based setting. This role is ideal for professionals looking to make a significant impact, offering 18-24 hours per week and the chance to collaborate closely with a campus caseload of about 50 students. If you're passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals, this in-person position is a great fit.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license in the state (Certificate of Clinical Competence [CCC] required) Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to provide in-person services on campus
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to students Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on student needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals for student support Participate actively in IEP meetings; prepare thorough reports and maintain accurate documentation Provide strategies and resources to faculty and families to promote generalization of skills
