Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP license valid in Texas Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required Previous experience in a school environment preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with diverse needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in groups, focused on speech, language, and communication development Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure students progress and provide strategies for generalization of skills in the classroom Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development Offer guidance and resources to staff and parents to support students communication needs throughout the school day This rewarding contract position provides flexibility within the school schedule and an opportunity to grow your expertise while making a lasting difference.
