Qualifications and Talents Sought:
Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP license for the state of Texas Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA required Prior experience in school settings preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Ability to design and implement effective, individualized therapy plans
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop and manage individualized treatment plans based on student needs Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in both individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and federal requirements Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams Provide resources, support, and training as needed for school personnel and families Experience the
