Job Description

Make a genuine impact by supporting students' communication development in a contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) working within a dynamic educational environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored speech and language services to help every student thrive academically and socially.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates are welcome to apply Previous experience in a school setting is ideal but not required Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adolescents Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, voice, and fluency skills Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff and parents Provide direct therapy to students individually and in small groups, targeting communication goals that impact classroom success Maintain precise and timely records of progress and session outcomes Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary planning sessions, and professional development Serve as a resource to teachers and staff regarding speech and language development strategies Engage in ongoing collaboration with families to support students' progress Enjoy the opportunity to work on a flexible contract basis while making a meaningful difference in students' lives.
