Job Description

This pivotal role is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) eager to deliver specialized support in a dynamic school-based setting. Work closely with elementary students, collaborating with educators and families to foster growth and communication success.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders (for SLP) Valid state licensure as SLP or
SLPA CCC-SLP
certification preferred; consideration given to Clinical Fellows (CFs) Experience in elementary education or pediatric populations valued Comfortable with or interested in teletherapy service delivery Strong communication and organizational abilities Team-oriented mindset and a passion for student development
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver speech, language, and communication services to an elementary caseload Complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for coordinated student care Provide both direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with each student's IEP Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development activities Maintain timely documentation and support compliance with all relevant regulations Utilize teletherapy platforms as appropriate for service delivery
