Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for patients of middle school age Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals. Provide direct therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques for speech therapy, language therapy, articulation, and pragmatic therapy. Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care and effective communication strategies. Utilize documentation systems to document assessments, treatment progress, and patient outcomes accurately and efficiently. Educate families on speech-language strategies to support ongoing progress at home and in community settings. Participate in IEP meetings Skills Knowledge of pediatrics, early intervention practices, and working with children with speech or language impairments. Proven experience in speech therapy techniques across diverse populations including individuals with disabilities or neurological conditions. Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop comprehensive speech and language evaluations. Skilled in implementing speech-language pathology plans effectively within school settings Excellent collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
