Sensory Clinic:
A state-of-the-art, play-based environment featuring an indoor sensory gym, zipline, trampoline, and other tools that support naturalistic language and sensory development.
Life Skills Center:
A calm, functional space designed for building independence, communication, and social-emotional skills. We intentionally operate as a smaller, relationship-driven clinic —prioritizing connection, teamwork, and meaningful progress over volume. Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about supporting neurodivergent children and young adults. In this role, you'll work closely with BCBAs, OTs, RBTs, and caregivers to design and deliver individualized communication interventions that make a lasting impact. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who values collaboration, creativity, and whole-person care . Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and swallowing evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate daily with ABA and OT team members to ensure integrated care Utilize AAC systems, PECS, and other augmentative communication tools Provide caregiver training and ongoing family support Document progress and maintain accurate clinical records Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning Uphold ethical standards, HIPAA compliance, and IAT policies Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology CCC-SLP or strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply Current Utah SLP license (or ability to obtain) Experience with autism and neurodivergent populations preferred Familiarity with AAC and sensory-informed approaches is a plus Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience 15 PTO days annually during first 2 years 10 paid holidays (8 standard + 2 clinic closure days, including a floating holiday) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Bonus eligibility after vesting period Paid CEUs and professional development Mileage reimbursement Free CPR & First Aid certification Free Mandt training Why Join IAT?
