Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, creative, and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our SLP-owned private practice. This is a permanent position with a consistent part-time schedule of up to 34 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. The position comes with an established pediatric caseload, allowing you to step into a full schedule without the pressure of building a caseload from scratch. We are looking for an SLP who values individualized, neurodiversity-affirming care and enjoys developing meaningful relationships with children and their families.
Anticipated Start:
October/November 2026. What We Offer Starting pay of $49/hour Consistent part-time hours, up to 34 hours per week Paid documentation time Paid continuing education/professional development Established caseload with opportunities for continued growth Opportunity to transition into full-time employment as the practice grows Supportive private-practice environment with clinical autonomy Opportunity to supervise SLP students and/or SLP-As A varied pediatric caseload with opportunities to develop and utilize specialized clinical skills Clinical Interests We Value We especially welcome applicants with experience or a strong interest in: Gestalt Language Processing (GLP) Neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based practice Sensory processing differences Pediatric feeding disorders Orofacial myofunctional disorders Functional, family-centered intervention Individualized treatment planning and collaborative care You do not need to be an expert in all of these areas. We are looking for a clinician who is curious, compassionate, and eager to continue developing their clinical skills. Responsibilities Provide evaluation and treatment services to a pediatric caseload Develop individualized, functional treatment plans Collaborate with families and other members of a child's care team as appropriate Complete timely and thorough clinical documentation Participate in continuing education and professional development Provide supervision to SLP students and/or SLP-As, as needed Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with the field of speech-language pathology Build positive, trusting relationships with children and their families
Qualifications Required:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA Current Virginia SLP licensure or eligibility for Virginia licensure Pediatric clinical experience Ability to work independently and manage an established caseload Strong communication and organizational skills Please note: This position is for a fully credentialed SLP. Clinical Fellows (CFs) will not be considered. Pay:
