Key qualifications for success:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) in Vermont or eligible to obtain Strong clinical skills in pediatric speech and language, with a dedication to evidence-based practice Excellent communication and organizational abilities Primary responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of communication disorders in school-aged children Develop individualized treatment plans that support educational goals and student success Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to optimize student progress Maintain clear documentation of evaluations, interventions, and student advances Provide guidance and support for students social, academic, and communicative development Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a team-based approach to care This role comes with a suite of advantages, including robust health and dental insurance, a company-matched 401(k) retirement plan, and competitive weekly pay to recognize your expertise and dedication.
