Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience or interest in working with pediatric populations in a school-based setting Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students with speech, language, or communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to maximize student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with district and professional standards Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams Offer training and consultation to staff and families as needed
