Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required Current licensure in Vermont (or eligibility) Previous experience supporting students with mild to moderate speech and language needs Comfort working independently without supervision from a CF Supervisor or the need for an SLPA Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to designated caseload Assess and track student progress using standardized tools and collaborate in IEP meetings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Provide consultation and support for teachers and caregivers to enhance communication strategies Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for all interventions and progress reports Foster an inclusive, positive environment that encourages student growth and participation
