This contract-to-hire position offers the unique chance to work with pediatric populations in a school-based setting, including teletherapy opportunities. Youll provide assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educators to help every student reach their full potential.

Required Qualifications:

Active Vermont SLP license Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required Experience working in schools is a plus, but not mandatory Comfort working with pediatric populations

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Deliver direct therapyboth in-person and via teletherapyacross a caseload of elementary through high school students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and IEP teams to integrate therapy goals within classroom objectives Maintain accurate records of progress and adhere to documentation requirements Engage in ongoing communication and support for student growth throughout the academic year
