Job Description

Sound Children's Therapy is hiring a compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a flexible full-time or part-time role in Issaquah, WA. This is a strong fit for an SLP who enjoys family-centered pediatric care, a supportive multidisciplinary team. You'll support children with speech sound disorders, language delays, literacy-related language needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder, AAC, apraxia, fluency/stuttering, selective mutism, and hearing-related speech/language challenges while collaborating with families, educators, childcare providers, ABA providers, and other care partners. What You'll Love Flexible full-time or part-time schedule and optional weekend hours Supportive pediatric team, strong leadership, mentorship, and room to grow clinically Clinic-based services plus preschool, school, childcare, and ABA center partnerships Paid travel time between clinic and partner sites when applicable Responsibilities Provide evidence-based pediatric therapy and formal/informal evaluations Develop measurable goals, treatment plans, and progress-based adjustments Maintain timely documentation and communicate with families, colleagues, and outside professionals Job Details Job type: Full-Time; Part-time; weekend availability optional
Location:
Issaquah, WA; primarily in-person/onsite with limited telehealth (<15%)
Pay:
$45-$60/hour based on experience, plus weekend differential

ASHA CCC-SLP
Washington SLP license or eligibility Pediatric, AAC, autism/developmental delay experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and family-centered care skills
Pay:
$45.00 - $60.00 per hour
