Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Comfortable working collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and screenings Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in groups Monitor, record, and report student progress toward IEP goals Consult with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support students' success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all legal and ethical mandates
