Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP / SLP-CF) | School-Based | 26/27 School Year Lake Stevens, Washington | Elementary School Setting |
Full-Time Starting Salary:
$75,000-$90,000 annually (based on experience) Full-time preferred, with part-time options available

Hello Speech-Language Pathologists! AnthroMed Education is a clinician-centered organization built by former educators, and we are currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and SLP-CF clinicians for school-based opportunities in Lake Stevens, Washington for the 2026-2027 school year , with opportunities open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF / CFY) . What Your Role Will Look Like 3 different year-round openings Primarily elementary school placements Full-time opportunities, with part-time flexibility available Assignments may be split across multiple school buildings , with some opportunities for single-building placements Caseloads primarily support elementary-aged students across multiple campuses Buildings support Autism Programs and Structured Learning Center programming Collaborative team model with typically 2 SLPs assigned per building Strong internal district support available for collaboration and CF supervision Clinical Support Through AnthroMed We invest in our clinicians so they feel confident and supported in their roles. You'll receive: Regular caseload support and mentorship from our Clinical Support Director Bi-weekly team meetings for collaboration, networking, and case support Access to a generous materials database plus an additional stipend 100% reimbursement for ASHA dues and licensure fees For Clinical Fellows, we provide structured supervision, dedicated mentorship, and consistent support throughout your CFY so you feel prepared, supported, and set up for success as you work toward your CCC-SLP. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Eligible for or holding Washington State ESA Certification and/or Washington State Speech-Language Pathology Licensure Strong collaboration skills and interest in school-based practice Open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows ( SLP-CF completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) )
