School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Lynnwood, Washington

Job Description

Empower students to find their voice and reach their full communication potential in a dynamic school-based speech-language pathologist position near Lynnwood, WA. You'll play an essential role in supporting students from diverse backgrounds, delivering inclusive services tailored to individual needs, and collaborating with educators and families to foster success in the classroom and beyond.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required Washington state licensure (or eligibility pending) Previous school-based SLP experience preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work effectively with children, educators, and families Familiarity with IEP process and school documentation systems
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals Offer direct and indirect therapeutic services within classroom and pull-out settings Collaborate with teachers, resource staff, and parents to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation for evaluations, treatment, and reporting Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Provide training and resources for staff as needed
