Job Description

Seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists interested in pediatric and school-based settings for contract roles beginning as soon as possible through June 2027. Assignments are available at various Full-Time Equivalency (FTE) levels from 0.3 to 1.0, with durations ranging from several months to the end of the school year in the greater Seattle area, including Shoreline, Redmond, and Renton. You will be instrumental in supporting students' communication needs, working within a collaborative educational team. Interview options are flexible (phone or Zoom), and hiring decisions may be made within 24 hours for qualified candidates.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification Clinical Certification of Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students with various communication and developmental challenges Assess, diagnose, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow specialists to support students academic and social success Maintain accurate records and documentation consistent with district and state policies Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
