2026-2027 We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school district in Milton, Washington, for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an OT who is passionate about helping students develop the skills needed for success in the classroom and everyday school activities.

K-12 Additional assignment details: Coming soon Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students. Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and school participation. Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations, adaptive equipment, and classroom strategies. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal requirements. Qualifications Current Washington Occupational Therapist license or eligibility. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. School-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team. Why Join Us?
