The clinic is dedicated to supporting children and their families through collaborative, play-based, and evidence-informed interventions. Team members work closely with caregivers, schools, and other providers to create coordinated care plans. SLP/SLPA
role based in Issaquah, WA for Fridays, Saturdays amd/or Sundays. The
SLP/SLPA
will provide direct speech, language services to pediatric clients. Daily responsibilities include documenting sessions, maintaining accurate records, and communicating progress and recommendations to caregivers and other members of the care team. Qualifications Current licensure or certification as an SLP or SLPA in the state of Washington, with good standing. Education in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field; completion of an accredited program (master's for SLP, approved training program for SLPA). Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech, language, and feeding therapy in a clinic or school setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team. Organizational skills for managing schedules, documentation, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Comfort working on-site in a busy pediatric clinic environment and engaging children through play-based activities.
