All shifts available Cedar River Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team! If you are passionate about helping residents improve their communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, we would love to meet you.
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate residents' speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled therapy services based on each resident's needs and goals
Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate residents, families, caregivers, and team members
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, and interdisciplinary care teams
Follow all applicable professional, state, federal, and facility guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Washington
Current CPR certification, as required
Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills
Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting is preferred, but not required
