This contract position, located near the picturesque Pacific Northwest, offers a consistent schedule and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children from kindergarten through high school. Youll provide assessment, intervention, and therapy services across a diverse K-12 caseload of approximately 45 students, collaborating closely with educators, families, and support staff. Your expertise will help shape each student's communication skills, academic achievement, and personal growth.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required Active state SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) will also be considered Prior experience in school settings or working with pediatric populations is highly valued Strong communication skills and an enthusiasm for working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct screening, evaluations, and assessments for students referred to speech-language services Deliver evidence-based therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, and social communication needs Develop IEP goals and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to team decisions This full-time position runs Monday through Thursday with 8.75-hour days, offering a flexible, four-day workweek starting as soon as possible.
