Job Description

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based, contracted position near Dayton, WA for the 26/27 school semester. This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), ready to work with diverse student population.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP Experience in school-based settings preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds are considered Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students Create and implement individualized intervention plans and evidence-based therapy Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and parents to support learning goals Monitor and document student progress; participate in IEP meetings Provide direct and consultative services in group and one-on-one settings Maintain accurate records and adhere to all compliance and documentation requirements This contract role puts you at the forefront of student growth, where your clinical skills guide not just individual progress, but also contribute to a culture of support and development within the school community.
