Oasis Therapy Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide one-on-one therapy services in an assisted living setting in Greendale, Wisconsin.

Net Health Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans. Assess and treat communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate residents and caregivers on communication strategies and swallowing precautions. Complete accurate Net Health documentation and collaborate with the care team. Qualifications Active and current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license. Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an approved program. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Current CPR certification. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Geriatric, assisted living, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is preferred. Why Join Oasis?
